Important Notes

  1. Apart from the deposit requirements of your chosen resort, we have only one fee:

    BOOKING / COORDINATION FEE
    Bride and Groom Eloping (No Guests) - $500.00 *
    Bride and Groom with Guests - $900.00 *

    * These fees are payable on confirmation of your wedding date, but please note that 50% of the fee will be credited towards your booking on final payment. However, fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation after confirmation.
  2. Please provide copies of passports at the time of booking. If you do not have your passport yet, please ensure the names provided are as they will appear on your passport. Failure to do so may result in a re-ticketing fee if the names are incorrect.
  3. You must ensure your Australian passport has a validity of six months after your return date to Australia and advise if you require us to make any visa applications on your behalf
  4. The quotes provided are based on the local currency of the country at the time and we convert into Australian Dollars. Foreign currency is subject to fluctuation and will be recalculated if necessary when you are ready to pay in full. If you want to guarantee against possible price increases payment in full would be required within 7 days of acceptance of the quote.
