I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the team at Essence Tours for all their assistance in organising our recent trip to Bali.

From my initial enquiry, your staff showed a truly outstanding commitment to customer service and all of my requests were handled with prompt and friendly service. It is great to find a travel agent that treats you like a person rather than a number, as has been my experience with some of the larger agencies.

As this was my partner’s first trip overseas, I wanted to make sure that everything went off without a hitch. I am happy to report that the trip went like clockwork. Everything that you promised happened on-time, there were no nasty surprises and our time overseas was fully consumed indulging in the best activity know to man. RELAXING!!!
