Mamanuca Islands

The Mamanuca Group is a paradise of eye-popping reefs and sand fringed isles shared by traditional Fijian villages and jet age resorts. These magnificent islands (pronounced Mah-mah-noo-tha) run in a gentle north westerly curve onwards from Nadi on Fiji's main island Viti Levu.

The arc shaped Mamanuca chain is situated well inside the outer reef whose protective barrier creates ideal conditions for boating, scuba diving and other water activities or simply relaxing on palm fringed beaches.

And, to top it off, the Mamanucas also lie in a weather belt boasting the South Pacific's highest "sunshine factor".
